"Before I started this course I was aware that my influencing style was not perfect but never quite knew what was lacking. Learning the approach from Tim has had a profound effect on my ability and confidence to handle difficult workplace situations.

Learning in a small non-threatening mentoring program allowed me to practice real life scenarios with other participants. This role playing was invaluable; at times breaking into a sweat, or laughing at how real it felt to be doing this.
