The Influencing Skills Workshop Series involves 3 half day workshops over 6 weeks for an internal group. Using the same theory and tools as the premium coaching products, this workshop series also provides Action Learning to assist participants use the approach in the workplace.

WHAT is involved?
The Influencing Skills Workshop Series consists of 3 half day workshops spread over 6 weeks, in a group of about 15 participants from your organization.
Managers of these participants are invited to an upfront sponsor briefing and then a debrief to better understand the content of the workshops and how they can reinforce and support the learning of their staff in the workplace.

Sponsor meetings
A Sponsor briefing is offered to managers of participants prior to the workshops series. Here managers are given an overview of the content and structure of the series and informed how they can assist the participants learning before and during the process.
A Sponsor debrief is also offered to these managers with input on how they can continue to support their participants learning in the workplace.
These sponsor briefings are typically 45 minutes duration

These workshops can be run at the client premises where a suitable venue is available or at an agreed offsite facility.
