Influence Mastery Peer Group is the 6 month Premium Coaching process for an internal group of 5 key staff, which also provides the opportunity for peer learning and building critical skills of Communication and Influence.

WHAT is involved?
Influence Mastery involves at least 3 sponsor meetings and 8 workshops in a small group, conducted over 6 months. Each group consists of up to 5 emerging leaders from different organisations.

Sponsor meetings
Sponsor meetings are held at the beginning, middle and end of the development for each participant to agree the area of focus and review success measures as they apply the learnings in the workplace.

Sponsor meetings with each participant, sponsor and development leader are typically 1 hour duration.

Workshops
Workshops are conducted with the group of 5 peers. They provide a confidential environment in which to practice new influencing behaviours and strategies.
Workshop content combines:

influencing style self-analysis

explanation of influencing skills theory and tools
|
|
•
|
rehearsal of upcoming influencing events
|
|
•
|
candid feedback on observed influencing behaviour from both development
leader and peers
|
Workshops times are scheduled to suit participants requirements, including fixed commitments, travel and leave. Each takes approximately 3.5 hours.
